The information provided by you when you make a booking or make an enquiry through our website (“Personal information”) means any information or an opinion about you, from which your identity is apparent or can reasonably be ascertained.
We do not collect personal information about you unless it is necessary for providing our services or products to you. We will, where reasonable and practicable to do so, collect that information directly from you by;

  • Direct contact from you when you make a booking, enquiry or request;
  • If you participate in a survey by us

The type of personal information we receive and store is;

  • undertaking the booking of the tour(s) requested by you, confirming bookings & advising you of any changes to your booking;

3. Booking Terms and Conditions

The below terms and conditions relate to Go Walk Tas’ DAY TOURS IN LAUNCESTON

Guests must be at the GWT booking office 15 minutes prior to scheduled trip departure time.

Pricing Currency and GST

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
Bookings are subject to availability

We operate regular tours throughout the summer and shoulder seasons. However, to provide an intimate experience, spaces on our tours are limited and all bookings are subject to availability.

Booking Cancellation Policy

Please note that all tours with Go Walk Tas will go ahead regardless of the weather. Please dress to the conditions.
As avid travellers ourselves, we understand plans can change. As our tours are often fully booked, we do have a waiting list for guests that are unable to obtain a booking on their preferred date. If you are running late or you decide that you are unable to attend the tour, we ask that you please contact our booking office to cancel your reservation. This will enable us to offer a spot to a waitlist guest.
Go Walk Tas reserves the right to charge the following fees for a cancellation;
Cancellation within 24 hours of tour commencement – 100% fee
Cancellation within 48 hours of tour commencement – 50% fee
Cancellation more than 48 hours before tour commencement – No fee
We always encourage our customers to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

Tour Variation

Go Walk Tas reserves the right to cancel or vary any of our tours and incurs no liability for any such cancellation or alteration.

4. Merchandise Refund Policy

If you purchase clothing or souvenirs from our booking office, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. If there is a fault with an item, we will either exchange, refund or replace the item in accordance with the requirements of Australian consumer law. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase. Gift Vouchers cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
